Often I ask a question and the person says, 'I don't know, I never thought about it that way before, but it's a really good question.' Then I find the answer, and the solution gets stronger as a result.

I work with a team of experienced professionals and we look at things from the standpoints of technology, marketing, financial feasibility, usability and practicality. Once our analysis is completed, we turn it into an action plan and then we go and do it.
