Ten years’ experience in information technology plus an MBA in IT, and a master’s degree in marketing (earned in Paris) back Cecile’s people-oriented management style. Cecile has more than eight years’ experience implementing software solutions in a networked environment, including Windows NT and IP platforms. She has strong foundations in market research, database design and development, and more recently IP based software development.

Cecile’s efforts are best applied to organizations seeking to streamline existing – or define new – processes and products. Her experience includes system audits and strategic planning; budgeting and purchasing; process and requirements analysis; user surveys and training.

A French native, she has been known to create hilarious new American idioms on the fly. She published a book on French corkscrew patents, her dad is the author and an avid collector.
