Acted as program manager and was instrumental in building company's first version of an online workplace aimed at increasing claims processing productivity and efficiency, lower costs and enhance policyholder satisfaction. Developed product requirement, hired and managed external software development team, hired hosting partner and co-designed a fully-managed hosting solution. Managed development of internal processes including transaction flow, customer care and business partner technical integration.
