Acted as technical program manager for the first release of Cahoots.com, a free real-time communication software supporting instant messaging, text posting, voice calling. The service is not tied to particular Web pages therefore requires no site modifications. Organized a chaotic development team and froze product requirements for version 1.0 of instant messaging software. Developed and managed master schedule, implemented strict version control, internal and external QA and production process for Tel-Aviv based R&D team while in liaison with Palo Alto based business development and marketing team.
